“NOTICE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS HEARING IS TO PUNISH THE ACCUSED FOR A CONTEMPT OF COURT, AND THAT PUNISHMENT MAY CONSIST OF FINE, IMPRISONMENT, OR BOTH, ACCORDING TO LAW.”
